Grades
| Grade A: This is the highest quality of rice, with uniform kernels, with less than 4% broken grains, and no foreign matter. |
| Grade B: This is a slightly lower quality than Grade A, with a range of 5 to 15% broken grains and foreign matter. |
| Grade C: This is the lowest quality of rice, with a range of 15 to 50% broken grains and foreign matter. |
